Job Description
OverviewAzure Core High Performance Computing (HPC)+ Artificial Intelligence (AI) infrastructure team drives the hardware roadmap, software and services that enable our users to run technical computing workloads in Azure - from large scale Generative AI and machine learning workloads to traditional High Performance Computing simulations and remote visualization. We are responsible for providing the most scalable HPC and AI infrastructure platform as well as the most powerful GPU clusters for our end customers in their quest for finding answers to some of the most difficult questions of science and industry.This is an exciting time for HPC + AI, as they are undergoing a massive shift. AI technologies are being merged with existing HPC approaches, and both are moving to the cloud. At this critical juncture, we are looking for a Senior Product Manager to lead the product strategy and roadmap for software services for optimizing large-scale development and deployment of containerized HPC and AI workloads including generative AI workloads on Azure specialized compute. The candidate will work closely with engineering, specialized hardware, and other product teams as well as with external customers and partners. This is a leadership role and we are looking for a product leader who can drive cross-team alignment, work effectively with multiple internal and external stakeholders at all levels of the organization and own and grow a product or feature from scratch.This role does not provide relocation assistance.Microsoft's mission is to empower every person and every organization on the planet to achieve more.
