You will:
  • Welcome each guest with a warm greeting and wish them a fond farewell with an invitation to return.

  • Create a climate where people are motivated to do their best to help the organization reach its goals.
  • Demonstrate strong insight into how the work relates to one's motivations and be creative about aligning responsibilities with personal interests.
  • Understand and comply with all food safety policies and procedures.
  • Consistently hold self and others accountable to commitments and regulations, and to achieving results; scrupulously ensure all work is correct and seek immediate feedback to resolve errors.
You need:
  • Ability to calculate basic math and accounting functions.
  • Supervisory and timely decision-making attributes.
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
  • Ability to lift, carry, and push heavy equipment up to 30 lbs to various locations.
  • Foodservice, customer service, and cash handling experience required.
  • Food Handlers Certificate a plus.
  • ServSafe Certificate required or within 6 months of hire.
