The Temporary Marketing Coordinator will assist the Marketing team with a variety of project management and marketing tasks. Responsibilities will include tracking all aspects of the writing, approval, preproduction, operations and distribution of all Go To Market Revenue Organization materials in accordance with state and federal program requirements. This will include tracking the coordination, implementation and monitoring of all operational interfaces of contractual relationships with external vendors and internal work teams.

  • Tracking all phases of the creation, development, modification and approval of the sales and marketing materials used by Government Programs and other GTM materials, as necessary.
  • Track and project manage all phases of regulatory document production (ANOC/EOC, handbooks) for Government Programs ensuring stringent regulatory timeframes are met.
  • Coordinate with the appropriate internal departments, staff and external vendors to manage the production and distribution of materials.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Associates degree preferred; 2 years of relevant experience may be substituted for a degree
  • Must have project management skills and be able to handle multiple assignments with a high degree of accuracy and confidentiality
  • Excellent time-management skills; must be capable of meeting established deadlines
  • Demonstrated Intermediate to Advanced knowledge of PC MS Word
  • Excellent MS Excel skills required
  • Previous experience preparing meeting agendas and taking meeting minutes
  • Individual must be flexible, organized, motivated and able to work independently
  • Professional demeanor dealing with both internal and external clients is a must
  • Ability to work 40 hours per week (on site 2 days a week)

Individual compensation is based on several factors unique to each candidate, such as work experience, qualifications, and skills.
