Responsibilities

Community Bank is seeking a skilled and proactive Jr. RPA Developer to play a pivotal role within our newly established team. As a member of this dynamic team, you will be responsible for eliciting requirements from the business, documenting, designing, developing, and managing all aspects of each Power Automate project. This is a fully remote position, offering the opportunity to contribute to transformative projects from the comfort of your own workspace.

  • Collaborate closely with stakeholders to elicit, analyze, and understand business requirements for automation initiatives.
  • Document requirements, process flows, and solution designs to ensure clarity and alignment with business objectives.
  • Utilize your expertise in Power Automate and Power Automate Desktop to develop end-to-end RPA solutions that meet business needs and drive efficiency.
  • Manage the entire bot lifecycle, from design and development to testing, deployment, and ongoing maintenance.
  • Work in an agile manner, utilizing Azure DevOps for project management and tracking progress.
  • Conduct regular meetings with stakeholders to provide updates on project status, gather feedback, and ensure alignment with expectations.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues with bots in production, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
  • Provide training and support to business users on deployed solutions to facilitate successful adoption and usage.
  • Maintain proficient knowledge of, and demonstrate ongoing compliance with all laws and regulations applicable to this position, ensure ongoing adherence to policies, procedures, and internal controls, and meet all training requirements in a timely manner.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Strong background in requirements elicitation, documentation, solution design, development, and management within the RPA space.
  • Experience with Power Automate and Power Automate Desktop, with a focus on delivering solutions tailored to the financial industry.
  • Experience working in an agile environment and utilizing Azure DevOps for project management.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently, manage priorities, and deliver results within established timelines.
  • Commitment to continuous learning and staying updated on emerging trends and technologies in the RPA field.
