This internship is a PT opportunity and will run for 10 weeks from June 3rd through August 9th.

As the Digital-Interactive Banking Intern you will be responsible for supporting the Digital and Interactive team to maintain accounts by helping to cultivate additional opportunities for members within the retail banking, consumer lending, mortgage lending, and wealth management channels.

Responsibilities:

  • Introduction to digital & interactive channels
  • Data/Analytics: ITM, OAO
  • Digital onboarding and user experience testing for OLB/OAO/Mobile/ITM/etc...
  • Interactive Channel member engagement at branches
  • Assist digital team with onboarding of new/existing members
  • Provide project support for digital and interactive team manager
  • Accomplishes the credit union's mission by completing relevant duties as needed when requested by management or other staff members.

Essential Qualifications:

For consideration, applicants must be enrolled in an accredited college program pursuing an Associate's/Bachelor's degree in a business related field. One year of customer service experience preferred.

  • Exhibits strong interpersonal skills with the ability to be empathetic and build rapport.
  • Ability to express oneself clearly and articulately both orally and in writing.
  • Demonstrated skill in customer service and communication.
  • Broad understanding of advancing technologies.
  • Ability to exercise tact and responsibility with handling confidential information.
