Position Summary

We are seeking a dynamic, experienced Senior Product Manager to spearhead the development of innovative data and machine-learning powered media investment products in the AdTech/Martech space. This role offers a unique opportunity to drive significant improvements in business outcomes by leveraging cutting-edge technology and industry expertise. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker, adept problem solver, and collaborative team player with a passion for data-driven solutions.

Responsibilities
  • Lead the definition, development, and delivery of short to medium-term product vision
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and prioritize requirements from senior business stakeholders
  • Drive product definition and execution within tight timelines, ensuring alignment with strategic goals
  • Work closely with engineering, design, and data science teams to develop features that meet end-user needs and compliance standards
  • Manage product releases and updates, coordinating with stakeholders and product marketing for release materials and sign-off
  • Create UX/UI wireframes and mock-ups in collaboration with the design team, validating designs with stakeholders

Required Skills & Experience
  • Experience as a Product Manager, preferably in data management or advertising platforms
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage effectively with users, team members, and senior leadership
  • Strong background in defining requirements for user interfaces, with a focus on user experience and accessibility
  • Proficiency in Agile Scrum methodologies and product management principles
  • Experience with data mapping and a demonstrated ability to solve complex problems
  • Prior experience in the Advertising/Media industry is advantageous, particularly in supply-side buying or selling
  • Experience working with distributed teams

Desired Skills & Experience
  • Ideally 5+ years of experience in media
  • Experience with data visualization tools
  • Experience with SQL or other data query languages
  • Exposure to machine learning or artificial intelligence concepts
  • Comfortable working with data scientists & data engineers to productize models.
