Job Description
Paul Hastings is seeking a Junior Associate with two to three years of experience to join our M&A Group in New York.
Associates will be part of a dynamic team with a practice that includes representation of parties in connection with public and private company transactions and takeover defense matters (including shareholder activism) in a broad range of industries.
Junior associates have the opportunity to be involved in all aspects of our M&A deals and will gain meaningful drafting and negotiating experience as well as coordinate the due diligence and closing process.
Business development-oriented mindset, and a desire to take on responsibilities and work with autonomy are key. U.S. law firm experience and outstanding academic credentials are required. Written and verbal fluency in Spanish is a plus. Candidates must be admitted to and in good standing with the New York Bar.

The salary wage range that we expect to pay for this position is a minimum of $235,000 and a maximum of $260,000 (annually). The actual pay wage may vary based on experience or other relevant factors.
