The salary range for this role, based in New York is $103,200.00 to $141,900.00, range will vary if outside of this location. Base salaries are determined during our interview process, by assessing a candidate'sexperience, skills against internal peers and against the scope and responsibilities of the position.

Position Summary

The Culture & Inclusive Marketing Manager will have the responsibility of co-developing multicultural and inclusive marketing strategies across the portfolio to drive business growth in an increasingly diverse marketplace. This individual will collaborate with the brand teams to integrate cultural insights into the brand strategy, ensuring authenticity and relevance. Additionally, they will co-create retail programs to boost growth during key cultural periods while championing diversity and inclusion initiatives within the organization.

This dynamic role provides a unique opportunity to collaborate with PRUSA's diverse brand portfolio, offering a comprehensive understanding of the Alc. Bev industry across multiple categories. Reporting directly to the Senior Director of Culture & Inclusive Marketing, the C&IM Manager will serve as a subject matter expert (SME), leveraging their culture-first expertise to address the needs of both the brand and cross-functional teams. They will share insights and facilitate learning within the organization, utilizing PRUSA's internal database and syndicated data sources to provide analytical support and enhance brand strategic decisions.

Major Responsibilities / Accountabilities

- Brand Marketing Support: Provide support to the brand, creative, insights, channel & shopper marketing teams by identifying multicultural (MC) opportunities that contribute to business growth and uphold PRUSA's dedication to diversity and inclusion.

  • Ensure that all marketing campaigns and content are genuinely inclusive, authentic, and actively promote diversity and inclusion.
  • Provide extensive consultation and hands-on strategic support for key brands requiring integrated multicultural marketing plans.
  • Continuously monitor cultural trends to keep stakeholders informed and ensure that the brand remains relevant, relatable, and resonant with the evolving values and identities of its consumers.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to embed multicultural strategies into everyday thinking, actions, research plan and product innovation

- Multicultural SME: Serve as an internal cultural insight expert, providing expertise and guidance across diverse consumer groups, including but not limited to Hispanic/Latino, African American/Black, Asian-American/Pacific-Islander, LGBTQ+, to effectively reach and engage with these consumer segments.

- Retail Program Development: Responsible for co-creating pivotal retail programs aimed at driving growth with multicultural (MC) consumers in key markets. This entails identifying new opportunities or enhancing the current commercial calendar to strengthen connections with MC consumers. This collaborative effort extends to working with both internal and external stakeholders, such as brand teams, channel & shopper marketing teams, agencies, and distributors

Job Requirements

The role requires a highly motivated self-starter with strong leadership, analytical, organizational, and interpersonal skills as well as the ability to collaborate effectively across functions with passion and enthusiasm. Strong entrepreneurial ability to work around obstacles, results driven, and a bias for action with a pilot/learn/scale approach.

  • Education: bachelor's degree in business administration and/or MBA or master's degree in marketing, business management, or related field.
  • Experience/Background: 4-5 years of multicultural marketing experience, executing content campaigns, and developing growth strategies. They managed brands and marketing programs for multicultural consumers, showing a nuanced understanding of key demographics and US diverse consumer markets.
  • Analytics and Storytelling Skills: Strong analytical and storytelling skills to present findings, translate data into actionable insights, and provide tailored guidance to the marketing team, with a particular focus on multicultural consumer segments. Experience using Numerator Data, Power BI, Nielsen IQ is a plus.
  • Strategic Thinking Skills: Demonstrated ability to develop and implement short-term and long-term strategic initiatives, driving business growth and cultural leadership.
  • Culturally Savvy Marketer: A proven subject-matter expert, dedicated to ongoing learning, actively follows cultural trends pertinent to brands and partnerships. This entails applying innovative thinking to integrate these nuances into the brand plans and requires deep understanding of the diverse USA consumer segment.
  • Commercial Marketing Experience: Prior experience in identifying marketing opportunities across diverse commercial channels, aligning recommendations with brand plans and business goals in key multicultural markets to drive sales growth.
  • Collaboration and Agility: Strong collaboration skills, adept at working with cross-functional teams and fostering a collaborative environment for achieving shared objectives. Capable of quickly adapting to changing circumstances, embracing uncertainty, and responding promptly to evolving priorities, demonstrating agility.
  • Communication Skills: Effective communication and persuasive skills to gain consensus through influence. Demonstrated capability to effectively convey cultural insights and information to key stakeholders, driving multicultural and inclusive initiatives forward.
