JOB TITLE:Healthcare Marketing Director

LOCATION:New Hyde Park, NY (2 days per week) with hybrid to Queens/Nassau Hospital and Ambulatory (2 days per week)

SALARY:$150k - $170k max + benefits

START DATE: May 1st 2024

HIRE TYPE: direct hire

Job Description:

Directs and develops marketing strategy and plans and is responsible for leading a team of program directors / managers in the successful implementation in support of the business objectives of the organization.

Responsibilities:

  • Leads a Marketing group by communicating with and developing staff members, and building consensus for programs and goals that support a business, function or geographic area.
  • Develops and articulates a short-term strategic vision for areas of responsibility.
  • Works with the leadership to develop strategic operating goals, objectives, and budget. Reports operational performance, justification, and/or corrective actions.
  • Works with the leadership to facilitate the development of integrated marketing campaigns and their implementation for organization clinical services, hospitals and ambulatory facilities. Establishes strong relationships with clinical and hospital leadership to understand objectives and opportunities.
  • Leads the development and execution of integrated marketing plans tailored to reach target audiences through channels utilized by audience members. Integrates various tactics that are used to drive results that support business objectives.
  • Manages a team who oversees day-to-day relationships with outside vendors including ad agencies, printers, mail houses, etc. Directs vendors in development of creative and media strategies and execution.
  • Utilizes database analysis and market research to direct marketing efforts and provides direction for enhancing digital campaigns and website content.
  • Leads and develops a team in executing campaigns, while growing their skills and supporting their career development. Supports the effective application of corporate identity standards across organization.
  • Builds and maintains productive inter/intra departmental and vendor work relationships to optimize operations.
  • Oversees compliance with government and agency regulations.
  • Ensures adequate scheduling and assigns responsibilities to ensure an equitable distribution of work.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor's Degree required, or equivalent combination of education and related experience.
  • 8-12 years of relevant experience and 7+ years of leadership / management experience, required.
  • Healthcare OR Health Insurance experience is a must.
  • Experience in managing full-funnel marketing campaigns, strongly preferred.
