Position Summary

The Campaign Manager is a pivotal role within our marketing team, responsible for designing, executing, and optimizing comprehensive marketing campaigns across various channels. Reporting directly to the Director, Demand Generation, this role requires close collaboration with our Global CRM Manager to drive the company's marketing objectives through strategic campaign planning, effective channel management, meticulous budgeting, and detailed performance analysis. The Campaign Manager will take full ownership of SEO tracking and optimization and manage all aspects of paid media campaigns.

Responsibilities

Campaign Planning:

  • Collaborate with the VP of Growth Marketing and the Director of Demand Generation to develop comprehensive campaign plans aligned with target audience and strategic objectives.
  • Conduct thorough market research and competitor analysis for innovative strategies.

Channel Management:

  • Strategically select and manage diverse marketing channels, both digital and traditional.
  • Utilize advertising platforms, social media, and email marketing to maximize reach and engagement.
  • Continuously evaluate channel performance for optimization and ROI.

Budgeting:

  • Take ownership of campaign budgets, allocating resources for maximum impact.
  • Implement robust budget tracking mechanisms for efficient resource utilization.
  • Conduct post-campaign financial analysis for ROI evaluation and future planning.

Performance Analysis:

  • Evaluate campaign success using KPIs like click-through rates and conversion rates.
  • Analyze campaign data to refine targeting strategies and optimize outcomes.
  • Prepare comprehensive performance reports and actionable recommendations.

SEO and Paid Media Ownership:

  • Monitor SEO efforts for enhanced search visibility and website traffic.
  • Develop and execute paid media campaigns across various platforms.
  • Monitor performance metrics for adjustments to maximize ROI.

Collaboration with CRM Manager:

  • Collaborate closely with the CRM Manager to integrate campaign strategies with CRM initiatives.
  • Share insights to enhance customer segmentation, targeting, and engagement.
  • Participate in cross-functional meetings to align campaign activities with broader objectives.

Social Media Coordination:

  • Communicate and collaborate with the Social Team to align activities with campaigns.
  • Provide support on content distribution strategies.
  • Monitor social media for insights to inform campaign planning.

Required Skills & Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field preferred.
  • 5+ years of proven demand generation experience, ideally within marketing or advertising industry.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing, content marketing, and demand generation strategies.
  • Demonstrated success in executing multi-channel marketing campaigns.
  • Proficiency in marketing automation tools and CRM systems; experience with Salesforce and Marketing Cloud Account Engagement is an asset.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and collaboration skills.
