As a Shoe Shine Attendant at our premium airport lounge, your primary responsibility is to provide efficient and high-quality shoe shining services to our clientele. This hourly role requires exceptional customer service skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to maintaining a clean and inviting environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform professional shoe shining services promptly and courteously.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the shoe shine station.
- Provide excellent customer service, including greeting customers and processing payments.
- Upsell additional services as appropriate.
- Adhere to all health, safety, and company policies.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in customer service and show shining preferred.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Professional demeanor and appearance.
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays.
