As a recruiter with the New York Power Authority, you will bring your experience in talent acquisition, along with deep knowledge of the screening, interviewing, and hiring process. We're seeking someone passionate about discovering untapped talent. You will be responsible for managing the full cycle recruiting process, from sourcing to hiring, for various positions across different business units. You will also use various methods and tools to develop pipelines, and candidate pools, and engage passive candidates to meet our hiring goals.
The duration of a provisional position is up to three years but is subject to change based on performance and business needs. Provisional employees are eligible for:

Approximately 10% travel primarily within NY State to NYPA facilities, Job Fairs and Campus recruiting events.
The New York Power Authority is committed to providing fair, competitive, and market-informed compensation. The target salary range for this position is: $81,920 - $102,400. The salary offered will be determined based on the successful candidates' relevant experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities.
