Could you be the full-time onsite Testing and Commissioning Manager in Plattsburgh, NY, US we're looking for?


Your future role

Take on a new challenge and apply your multifaceted expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You'll work alongside innovative, dedicated, and skilled teammates. You'll ensure that our testing protocols meet the highest standards, contributing to the safety and reliability of our products. Day-to-day, you'll work closely with teams across the business (including product engineering, manufacturing, and industrial functions), manage the testing workshop's planning and workload, and much more.

We'll look to you for:

  • Managing on a day-to-day basis the planning and workload in the testing workshop,

  • Ensuring the tests are carried out according to the Testing procedure and the results properly recorded,

  • Reviewing and continuously improving the operational activities to ensure productivity targets are met,

  • Consolidating and well documenting Test Reports,

  • Regularly consolidating and communicating on the project KPI's,

  • Cascading the information to Testing Teams

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field,

  • 4 years of experience or understanding of Testing & Commissioning of Electrical, Control, onboard communications & network systems within process industry, railways or factory automation,

  • Knowledge of key electrical and/or mechanical processes (in particular earthing & bonding, cabling, protection, and instrumentation),

  • Strong leadership and a result-driven mindset,

  • Ability for problem-solving and efficient decision-making in a complex environment,

  • Commitment to EHS (Environment, Health, Safety) standards and practices,

  • Team spirit approach and good communication skills
