Why we need you The Warehouse Lead/Returns Logistics Specialist will play an integral part in providing leadership and oversight to the warehouse and ensuring the proper documentation and identification of all contract and warranty service parts, and consumable material being returned from our customers and Field Service Technicians.
What you will be doing
Provide team leadership and promote warehouse safety.
Monitor warehouse productivity and coordinate logistical processes.
Properly identify and process incoming material returns, and ensure paperwork and systems transactions are completed.
Process all Return Material Authorizations (RMA) activities to ensure timely customer credits while protecting company interests.
Work with cross-functional teams to provide material feedback to continuously improve and maintain standards and procedures.
Prepare required paperwork for return of unused, warranty and repairable material.
Maintain a neat, organized working area.
Perform other duties as assigned to include:
Shipping
Receiving
Cycle counts
Warehouse maintenance
The physical demands of the job
Capable of pushing, pulling and/or lifting 50+ pounds during the workday.
Work on your feet and be capable of standing, walking, bending and/or reaching throughout the workday.

Schedule
Monday thru Friday, hours vary between 9:00am to 7:30pm
After hours on call via rotation
Overtime as needed
