The Naval Nuclear Laboratory is seeking an experienced Radiological Controls Trainer to join our Radiological Training Unit at the Kesselring Site in West Milton, NY! This team is responsible for oversight of radiological training at the Site, including the conduct of practicals, examinations and drills. This team provides training to different Site populations, including Engineering Laboratory Technicians, in both the classroom and in practical training areas. This team also ensures that the training programs follow applicable regulations and that both the training organizations and students' performance is being assessed. - Comfort with public speaking and knowledge of adult learning techniques
