Summary

Critical Order Representative(s) primary duties will include, but not limited to: Expediting Aftermarket parts for customer orders that have been escalated to the Machine Down list, Salesforce case management, Supplier management, and general buyer support within the Aftermarket team.

• Communication with Supply Chain and Internal production facilities in regard to expediting Machine Down items that have been escalated to the Critical Order Team

• Salesforce Action management related to Backorder resolution, expected customer order ETA's, supplier management related to past due purchase orders and gathering data for input into Oracle (TMS), and general Aftermarket Buyer support.

Knowledge and Skills

• Strong analytical skills and problem-solving ability.

• Supplier management background.

• Experience working with Microsoft Office, Excel, Oracle, Qlikview/Qliksense

• Strong communication skills with internal and external departments

• Ability to remain organized, manage time, and properly engage with suppliers and team members within Terex / Genie.

• Ability to operate well in a fast-paced environment with priorities that change daily.

Education and Experience

• Previous experience in Aftermarket Supply Chain

• Previous expediting experience with external supply base and internal customers

Salary: The compensation for this position is $32.02 to $39.14 per hour. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, etc.
