We are seeking a Primary Care Advanced Practice Provider (NP or PA) for our primary care clinic at our Tower Health Center in Saint Regis Falls, NY. Previous experience preferred, but will train a new graduate. Clinic hours are 8am-5pm, and this is a 40 hour a week position.

Tower Health Center is a primary care clinic that is staffed by primary care providers who use a team-based approach to deliver high-quality care and ensure proper care coordination and improve access to primary care, preventative health services, and specialty care services. Our team is dedicated to serving the community and providing an environment of compassion and respect where patients can receive personalized and comprehensive primary care services.

Our primary care providers at Tower Health Centerperform routine check-ups, well-care appointments, and coordinate care and referrals to specialists. Limited laboratory services, such as blood draws, are also available at the health center.

The Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant is a Licensed Independent Practitioner, responsible for providing primary care to patients, as an independent healthcare provider working with a physician collaborator.

Scope of practice and delineation of NP/PA privileges are credentialed and approved by the Chief of Medicine, Chairman of the Credentials Committee, Medical Executive Committee, Hospital CEO, and Executive Board of AHMC.

Position is 40 hours a week. Salary Range $120,000 to $160,000.
