The Opportunity


The purpose of this part-time 20 hour/week (50%) position is to manage eHub, which is Entrepreneurship at Cornell's co-working space in Collegetown. The position will also have some responsibility with respect to Entrepreneurship at Cornell's co-working space in Kennedy Hall on campus.


As the eHub Coordinator, your primary duties and responsibilities include:

  • Manage the eHub Collegetown co-working space and co-manage the Kennedy Hall space with Entrepreneurship at Cornell program office staff.
  • Assure that AV systems in the spaces are in working order and when necessary arrange for repair.
  • Process booking requests for the eHub spaces.
  • Assess and analyze equipment and accessory needs at the facilities; order such items in coordination with the Entrepreneurship at Cornell program office staff.
  • Respond timely to email inquiries related to use of the eHub spaces.
  • Coordinate booking requests for the Entrepreneurship at Cornell Kennedy Hall co-working space with Entrepreneurship at Cornell program staff.

Hours and Location


This eHub Coordinator role is performed up to 20 hours per week on-site at Cornell's eHub Collegetown location. Hours for this position are flexible according to business needs and generally performed Monday through Friday, between 8:00 AM-5:00PM, with occasional evening events, which are planned with advance notice. Your exact part-time schedule and coverage will be determined by your supervisor.

  • Demonstrate sound judgment, creativity, time management, and problem-solving skills. Must be flexible.
  • Must be able to lift and move 10 to 20 lbs.

  • Bachelor's degree with 2+ years of experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
