Overview

The Partner Marketplace Manager will be part of a team responsible for developing and managing our marketplace business with the cloud service providers (CSPs) AWS, Microsoft, and Google. The scope of the role will include managing CIS engagement with relevant partner contacts and partner programs, co-marketing and co-selling motions, and helping to develop relationships with resellers utilizing the CSP marketplaces. The individual will work with key stakeholders at CIS and the CSP partners to identify and achieve sales, marketing, product, and program goals that support the growth of the partnerships and support our mission.

Salary Range: $94,400 - $142,900

What You'll Do
  • Manage the relationships between CIS and the CSP partners to strengthen relationships and engagement across all levels of the organizations
  • Develop and execute joint business plans with CSP partners to achieve revenue targets and expand on the current relationships by exploring new business opportunities with the CSPs
  • Manage and maintain participation in relevant CSP partner programs to maximize engagement with the CSPs focused on increasing the value and visibility of CIS offerings on marketplaces to drive new business and increase revenue
  • Serve as the internal champion within CIS with CIS executives, and our Product, Sales, and Marketing teams to support joint CIS-CSP initiatives
  • Work closely with our CIS and CSP Sales and Marketing teams for co-selling and co-marketing initiatives to increase the number of net new customers and opportunities globally, including creating and editing content, coordinating and delivering sales presentations, and reporting on results from sales and marketing campaigns
  • Understand how the CSP partner programs influence visibility of CIS offers on the marketplaces and how to increase the value of the offers to CSP field teams, resellers, and customers
  • Provide updates for monthly and quarterly business reviews with internal CIS teams and external partner teams
  • Other tasks and responsibilities as assigned
What You'll Need
  • Bachelor's degree in business, technology, or related field*
  • 5+ years in business development and channel operations working with CSP marketplaces
  • Experience driving strategic and tactical alliance motions with CSP partners, including knowledge of CSP partner programs and experience meeting program requirements
  • Ability to drive CSP partner planning, goal alignment, and execution of initiatives to strengthen the relationships and maximize revenue from the CSP marketplaces
  • Proven ability in building and maintaining successful relationships with prospective and existing customers and variety of partners including C-level executives, program managers, sales, and support contacts
  • Strong technical aptitude and the ability to communicate technical and non-technical concepts to internal and external executives and audiences
  • Ability to travel as needed to CSP partner meetings, trade shows, and industry events
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States

It's a Plus if You Have:

  • Background in Cybersecurity
  • Familiar with CRM applications (Salesforce)
  • CSP cloud certifications

*Additional years of relevant experience or a combination of an Associate's degree or equivalent and relevant experience may be substituted for the Bachelor's degree.
