Job Summary:

The Process Intelligence Sr. Consultant isresponsible for developing and managing business relationships and acts as a project lead to complete projects with minimal oversight byconducting analyses and developing data-driven process insights and actions. This position is responsible for aiding in the development, execution and leadership of projects across various business areas specifically within process/task mining and mapping.The goal of this team will be to ensure the optimal solution tackles the AOR's pain points.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Excellent analytical skills along with the ability to interpret business processes
  • Identify process inefficiencies and understand the root causes - always in close collaboration with the customer/AOR
  • Participates in the design of leading-edge approaches and solutions utilizing broad knowledge, best practices and benchmarking. Develops strategic decisions.
  • Leverages external research, models and practicesand applies it internally to bring thought leadership to the organization.
  • Integrates subject matter knowledge with industry experience, relevant related disciplines, program/process design principles, and business goals and strategy.
  • Analyzes ambiguous problems. Breaks down complex information in a systematic and communicable manner.
  • Leads rigorous process and/or service improvement programs.
  • Develops in-depth ideas and materials, insures understanding of technical matters by non-technical, executive decision makers.
  • Manages projects and program execution of high complexity.
  • Impacts department results through innovation and provision of authoritative advice.
Supervisory Responsibilities:
This job does not have supervisory duties.
Education and Experience:
  • 4 year Bachelors Degree (Preferred)
  • 3 or more years of experience (Preferred)
  • In lieu of the above education requirements, an equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
  • Experience with process mining tools like Celonis, Minit, UiPath, Software AG, or similar tools preferred
  • Basic knowledge of SQL preferred
Certificates, Licenses, Registrations:

* No Certification, License or Registration is required for the job.

Functional Skills:

* Professional with strong organization, communication, and administrative skills

* Ability to think conceptually, analytically, and creatively

* Advanced time management skills including ability to handle multiple projects, prioritize, and organize

* Strong oral and business writing skills

* Ability to lead, direct, and utilize project teams effectively

* Ability to create advocates for Industrial Engineering services through interaction with leaders

* Ability to establish, manage, and leverage relationships with internal and external partners

Compensation offered for this role is$70,500.00-$125,625.00 per yearand is based on experience and qualifications.

The candidate(s) offered this position will be required to submit to a background investigation, which includes a drug screen.
