Project Development Engineer Job Duties
Be responsible for developing the scope, cost, and savings proposals, managing the work assignments of other junior team members, collaborating with field staff to assign projects for implementation, auditing and developing workbooks, conducting training as needed, implementing goals and other leadership opportunities, fostering a positive and professional relationship to mentor team members, and representing the company and products in a professional way to the field/clients.
