CLA is growing and seeking to hire an experienced IT Knowledge Management Senior to join our talented Information Technology team. The position offers growth, flexibility and a collaborative work environment.

How you'll create opportunities in this IT Knowledge Management Senior role:
* Develop and implement IT knowledge management strategies and processes.
* Identify knowledge gaps and develop solutions to improve knowledge sharing and collaboration.
* Work with IT teams to capture and store knowledge in a centralized repository.
* Create and maintain a centralized knowledge management system to organize and share
information across the organization.
* Create and maintain knowledge management policies and procedures.
* Collaborate with various departments and teams to identify knowledge management needs and
implement solutions to enhance efficiency and productivity.
* Train and educate IT teams on knowledge management best practices.
* Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of knowledge management strategies and make
recommendations for improvement.
* Ensure the accuracy, relevance, and accessibility of information within the knowledge
management system.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure knowledge management practices are
integrated into business processes.
* Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in IT knowledge management.
