The Role

As a Site Coordinator, you will be the vital link between our customer, Kia, and our team. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Responding to line halt calls with urgency and expertise
  • Installing new tools and configuring existing ones
  • Diagnosing and troubleshooting tool issues
  • Conducting preventative maintenance and managing the calibration schedule

You will work directly with the customer, ensuring top-notch service and communication at all levels. Your ability to handle escalations and maintain a sense of urgency will be key to your success.

You will report daily to our customer, Kia's, manufacturing facility, located in West Point, GA. This is a 3rd shift opening, with hours of 10pm-6am, with occasional Saturdays as needed. Flexibility is essential as schedules may change based on company needs.

What we expect of you:

  • 2-3 years of experience in a production environment with manufacturing automation, assembly tooling, or data collection systems
  • 2 years of experience with pneumatic and DC power tooling
  • Strong troubleshooting and calibration skills
  • Quality control verification experience
  • Ability to read and comprehend schematics
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office and networking/database systems
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Ability to lift up to 60 pounds
