SUMMARY
MHHC is seeking a dynamic Chief Nursing Officer to provide leadership to the staff and oversee the delivery of care to patients at all site locations. 

• The CNO is responsible for strategic oversight and operational performance for patient care services with accountability for the overall operations and clinical outcomes. 
• The CNO organizes and coordinates resources, human and fiscal, to achieve goals by developing, assessing, implementing and evaluating clinically effective and efficient systems of care and service, that lead to increasingly positive outcomes and opportunities for patients and staff.
•  This position positively supports the MHHC’s core values, vision and mission to ensure that the organization’s goals and objectives are met.  The position reports directly to the CEO and is part of the Executive Team. 

 
REQUIREMENTS:
The position requires a highly skilled NY State licensed nurse with 10 years of progressive management and administrative experience along with experience in patient care, medical facility management and/or nursing in a large primary care environment. 

• Master’s Degree in a health related field
• Nursing management experience with responsibilities including FTE management, policy, procedure, budgetary oversight and performance management
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements, health care delivery standards, policies and procedures

 
CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS
-Must have a valid New York State license
-Must have CPR/BLS certification
